Young fella working there was terrific, just need to double check that the right size tyre is being put on. Not his fault. Tyre had been marked as a 65 when in fact it was a 55. All good.

Decided to get wheel alignment done on the 26th of June 2017 on a newer model commodore ute with tyrepower. As I thought it was necessary to get done around my 175k service. I picked it up and payed the sum of 80 dollars. I noticed when driving home the steering was a little off center, but thought it may be due to the road surface. This got worse in the period of 8 weeks, to the point that I didn't feel comfortable driving. So I decided to go back to Ararat tyre power to get it checked over on the 22 of august 4pm. Without informing me they decided to do another wheel alignment, where they found the figures were out. They messaged me at 5:20pm saying that my car is ready to be picked up. And gave me a space of 10min to come collect it before they closed up. I rushed back to the Ararat tyre power and was presented with a half open door and a unpleased worker who pointed me to the office. At the office I was then told that it was my fault that the alignment has changed figures. I explained that this car is a street car not a 4wd and is mainly only subject to Tarmac and is prevented from going on uneven, bumpy surfaces of road. They still continued to put the blame on me and demanded that i should pay 80 dollars because it was apparently my fault. They then followed there statements with check,savings or credit. I was hesitant to pay them but followed through anyway. I then responded with the question of (what happens if it goes wrong 2 months down the line again?). only to get the answer of "well you will have to get another one done" with a smug face added to it.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect from Ararat tyre power towards its customers. And highly discourage anybody to do business with them. As it seems to me that there unlawful and can't do a simple 4 wheel alignment.
