What a breath of fresh air during a stressful time. I had a run of bad luck with two cars being undriveable following two separate incidents in the space of 4 days over the Australia Day long weekend.The friendly and compassionate staff member on 30/01/19 arranged a towing service and helped in getting the claim underway. She even gave us some local advice on accommodation :)Very impressed

Got stuck in Lexton in the middle of the night, with no one to call, with all the houses alseep, and still goes away from my destination. Phil (from Phil and Morty Automotive Ararat) was there within the hour, fully equipped. Even though their shop was full, they got my car in early and fixed it right up at a decent price. If I ever break down again I hope it's near these guys!!
