very friendly staff, alright price for tickets, i can only fault one thing about the cinema, they should take out those little seats in the big cinema and replace them with the movie lounge seats, other than that its a great place to go, its always clean and you always get service with a smile

Visited Astor theatre for a fundraising film for Red Cross . Well catered for with cooperation by management. Impressed with the number of members who had cooked delicious evening nibbles. Alcohol available. Committee members were very well organised and busy.Film was Bohemian Rhapsody. Such a richly entertaining evening. Music fabulous. I wanted to dance in the aisles.
Very pretty, historic art deco cinema. Service can be slow as there are not many workers so make sure you get here well before your movie starts to guarantee seats, especially for popular movies. Employees are friendly.
