I have been bringing my children here for years. It is the only place for children to take professional swimming lessons in Ararat, the staff should know not to humiliate, embarrass and shame someone publicly over an account/bill mix up. (First time they had approached me and I fixed the account within 48hrs) Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated after being a regular customer for years. And that they suggested I remove my children immediately from the pool! The staff need more personal training in admin and account keeping!!!!
Great place. Wide range of fitness programs and activities for all ages.
The place is getting a little long in the tooth. Some of the facilities could do with an upgrade. But nice to have a place like this in our town.
Clean, warm pool. Nice gym. Friendly staff.
This a great venue just for lunch/dinner. Good portions at reasonable prices. I had the Parma and was happy with it. Everyone from the bar staff to the patrons are very friendly and pleasant.
